On the rare occasion that the item ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative, should this be necessary, we would contact you first.
Order Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours, if the order has been processed and left our warehouse, you will be charged carriage.
Faulty Goods
Any goods received in a damaged condition, must be reported immediately, by email, then returned to us in the original packaging, upon receipt of the return, we will send you a replacement. All orders are checked and double checked, before leaving our warehouse and the greatest care is taken to prevent items becoming damaged in transit.
For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept the return of wigs.
Returns Policy
If you find it necessary to return an item to us, you must firstly e-mail to be issued with an authorised returns number, once this has been obtained you can then return the goods, with all original labels attached, and obviously in an un-used state. This must be in the original packaging.Upon receipt of unused goods, we will make a refund with the exception of wigs for reasons of hygiene, these cannot be returned. All carriage costs must be met by the customer. All orders are checked and double checked before leaving our warehouse and the greatest care is taken to prevent items becoming damaged in transit.
Complaints Policy
Should you have cause for complaint, we would like to hear about it, all complaints will be dealt with fairly and in the stricktest confidence. We will endeavour to deal with complaints within 1-2 working days and in most cases rectify any problem.
