try to offer you a suitable alternative. Should this be necessary
we will contact you first to gain your agreement.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Should you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within24

FAULTY GOODS
Goods found to be faulty must be returned within 7 working days
and you must contact us immediately upon receipt to inform us
of the problem. We will send you a replacement upon receipt of
the faulty item, or refund the cost of the faulty goods.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of our business, goods which are not faulty
can be returned in the original packaging and obviously unused,
upon receipt (once assessing the item) we will issue a refund
or credit note. Please note, in the interest of hygiene we cannot
accept returned wigs.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Should you have any cause for complaint, please contact us immediately
and we will do all that we can to help.

We want to protect your privacy. Therefore, we will only use any
personal information collected in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 1998. The information will only be used for the purpose of
processing your order quickly and efficiently. We do not store
your credit/debit card details and we will not pass your personal
details to any third party.
